_*Job Description*_
The marketing specialist is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that resonate with our target audience across various platforms that showcase our expertise in the financial advising field.
This position also involves managing several client and employee events throughout the year.
_*Responsibilities*_
· Collaborate closely with Leadership Team to strategize and develop content plans that align seamlessly with business objectives and resonate with target audience interests.
· Craft compelling written and visual content across diverse mediums including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email campaigns, videos, infographics, and more, ensuring each piece maintains a high standard of quality and relevance.
· Remain current with industry trends, join professional networks, attend webinars and events, read publication and reports to help keep you current on the pulse of the financial and media industry.
· Establish and manage marketing and events calendar, including but not limited to, organizing content creation and delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution across all relevant channels.
· Increase visibility of digital platforms to drive website traffic by employing SEO best practices.
· Utilize Google analytics tools to closely monitor and evaluate content performance, extracting valuable insights to refine strategies and enhance future content endeavors.
· Cultivate and nurture relationships with external partners, leveraging their resources to support and enhance our marketing efforts.
· Stay current of pertinent regulations and guidelines governing the financial industry, ensuring all marketing materials and events adhere to compliance standards.
_*Qualifications*_
· Prefer a degree in Marketing or Communications
And/or
· A minimum of two years of experience in marketing or communications– financial services related field is a plus.
_*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*_
· Professional writing skills.
· Fluent with social media content creation, management and advertising, including Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Rush, Canva, etc.
· Ability to coordinate and execute events
· Strong attention to detail
· Strategic thinker
· Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
· Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
00 - $50,000.
