Description: This position involves overseeing and managing all sales and marketing activities within the designated territory for an assigned portfolio.
Drives brand recognition to increase market share to help achieve collective sales goals through effective communication.
Monitors market trends, analyzes competitive activity, and identifies new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive brand recognition and sales within the assigned market.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, translating them into actionable insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business goals.
· Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive individual and team performance.
· Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing, to effectively reach target audiences.
· Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing metrics and analytics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
· Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize marketing impact and achieve business objectives.
· Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and recommendations for new product launches and improvements based on market demand.
· Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
· Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements: · Minimum of bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of the beverage industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· An ability to interpret market and account-level data to increase market share.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
· Creative thinker with a strong ability to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry, adapting to changing market dynamics.
