We are seeking a Concrete Pipe Sales Representative for our customer, County Materials in Appleton, WI.

Concrete Pipe Sales Representatives are responsible for engaging contractors and municipalities, as well as architects, designers, and specifying professionals to grow market share and strengthen County Material’s position in concrete construction products within a defined territory.
A concrete pipe sales representative is responsible for maintaining/growing existing customer account activity, building relationships, creating new business, and driving specified product sales.
This sales position ensures that company sales, pricing, and revenue goals are successfully achieved.
Job Duties:
Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
Working in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts
Identifying and prospecting for new customers and documenting in Project Management software
Analyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market
Preparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings
Creating lunch presentations and to providing regular training sessions to cover product introductions and technical information to current and future client
Work Environment:
Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs.
Experience & Qualifications:
Associates OR Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education
Three years related experience
Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM, PM)
Effective training and presentation skills
Effective time management skills
High sales aptitude, self-motivated
Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Effective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong mathematical skills
Work independently, with little supervision
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record is a must
