· Stay updated on the features and specifications of various automotive models to effectively communicate information to customers · Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers · Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
· Log necessary information into CRM · Build and maintain relationships with customer to encourage repeat business and referrals · Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction · Stay informed about market trends, competitor offering and industry developments *Requirements:* · Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers · Prior experience in customer service and a customer focused mindset · Ability to work effectively in a team environment · Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor · Comfortable using technology for sales presentations and customer communications · Valid driver’s license · Excellent communication skills.
