*Position Details:*
* Learn all aspects of the company by engaging in operations, administration, sales & marketing.
* Summer & Fall OutlookPerform lawn care services for our customers
Learn basic truck and pump system maintenance
Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
Learn how to hire, train, and coach
* Winter & Spring OutlookResponsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn quotes
Door to door community outreach
Train with the sales team to learn how to sell lawn care services
Gain experience in customer service and administration
*Qualifications:*
* Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
* Must pass a commercial pesticide applicator exam to apply pesticide
* Must have strong written and oral communication skills
* Able to lift 50 pounds several times each day
