Sales Delivery Support

Nott Company is a leading supplier of engineering solutions and integrated processes in the industrial, fluid power, and engineered materials markets.
We are looking for a _*Sales Delivery Support *_ employee for our Kaukauna, WI location with the objective of providing service-based delivery and inventory management services to our assigned customers.
*What will you be responsible for?* * Provide customer delivery and bin filling services as directed.
* Monitor bin-fill inventory levels; replenish as needed.
* Process associated paperwork utilizing company ERP system.
* Professionally interact with designated customer and job site supervisors and provide information to appropriate Nott Company personnel regarding customer requests, questions, or concerns.
* Identify potential sales opportunities and pass onto Outside Sales for follow-up.
* Participate in setting up and developing new processes that support lean manufacturing principles.
* Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery.
Load delivery truck based on delivery schedule.
* Perform other warehouse related duties as required.
* Participate in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety.
*What will you need?* * High school diploma or equivalent * Two years warehousing/material handling experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing company.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Self directed and organized.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Basic computer (ERP) skills.
* Ability to drive a forklift.
* Ability to lift 50lbs.
* Valid driver’s license and in good standing.
