We are seeking a sales professional who resides in the greater Fond du Lac area to become an integral part of our customer focused company.
Packerland helps businesses in Wisconsin reduce cleaning costs, improve safety, and enhance the image of their facilities through high quality floor mat and hygiene product services.
Packerland, established in 1969, is a locally owned and operated company based in the Milwaukee suburb of Butler with an office and distribution depot in Appleton, WI.
This is a hybrid position with office work areas available at both our Butler and Appleton offices.
Remote work is an option when feasible.
Job Responsibilities
* Sell Packerland’s products and services within a territory that includes, among others, Fond du Lac, Winnebago, Outagamie, Brown, Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties.
* Generate and develop leads through cold calling, telephone prospecting and online methods.
* Uncover prospects’ needs through questioning, listening, research, site surveys, etc.
* Persuasively present solutions and overcome objections.
* Achieve weekly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
* Outside sales experience preferred.
* Good work ethic, strong communication and time management skills.
* Demonstrate strong sales skills and the ability to close.
* You must enjoy relationship selling and be customer service oriented.
* Must work well in a collaborative environment that includes management, service, and delivery colleagues.
