Description: Job Description This role is responsible for running and owning commercial analytics of the organization to drive growth and efficiency across the Marketing divisions.
The Marketing analyst will establish and measure site KPI’s on an ongoing basis to help inform the business, drive a roadmap of commercial activities, and provide recommendations to the marketing, DA, and customer experience teams.
This role will collaborate with Digital Advertising, SEO, Web, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization to help deliver recommendations that will optimize our customer experience and inform divisional strategies.
In this role, you’ll work with various teams to analyze/optimize the user experience, digital advertising campaigns, and SEO tactics with the ultimate goal of streamlining the customer experience and improving onsite engagement and conversion rates.
You’ll leverage analytical skills to develop dashboards, reporting products, and ultimately insights that solve business problems.
You’ll monitor and provide insights related to navigation behaviors, site usability, traffic, acquisition, and conversion patterns.
Job Duties Establish, track, and report key on-site eCommerce and digital KPI’s.
Perform website conversion funnel performance and analysis.
Use various analytic tools (Google Analytics, A/B & multivariate platforms, Facebook Ads, video/session replay, etc) to measure, monitor, and analyze KPIs.
Measure and monitor the adoption of new features and customer experience changes.
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to increase and optimize user experiences, revenue generation, cost/effort reduction, and other business outcomes.
Work cross-functionally with various teams to provide analytic support to measure performance of efforts Structure and present analysis to management and stakeholders via clear and actionable reporting and tracking.
Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
Stay informed about, communicate, and apply current or new trends and best practices in web analytics Provide A/B testing recommendations by identifying areas with high potential for conversion optimization Independently identify “low hanging” optimization opportunities on the site that increase conversion and/or profitability or enhance user experience Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively Ability to work as a team as well as individually Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate complex analysis and pricing practices to multiple audiences Ability to understand competitive market conditions and make recommendations based on knowledge of the marketplace using pricing optimization software tools Communication Proficiency Juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines Organizational skills Time Management Works well under stress Intermediate knowledge or higher of Microsoft Excel Understanding of lean management tools and systems Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience 2+ years in marketing Analytics and decision making Advanced Excel knowledge Familiarity with data visualization tools like LookerStudio, Tableau or Power BI is also a plus.
2+ years of conversion and marketing optimization experience Experience with A/B, Multivariate and other forms of web testing Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
