Job Description
The Enthusiast Enterprises Customer Experience Social Representative will be the voice of our brands across social media.
In this role, you’ll be in charge of representing our expert brands across various social media sites.
Your role is imperative in us vocalizing our subject matter expertise within the aftermarket wheel, tire and suspension industry and the forums in which enthusiasts live.
To ensure success in this role, you should know how to effectively use how to analyze social data, tools, and technologies to effectively communicate to our audience quickly and efficiently.
This role will be the difference in us becoming a company versus remaining a BAD-A** BRAND!! Requirements: Job Duties Ability to communicate with our customers across all social media platforms\ YouTube TikTok Facebook Instagram Reddit Twitter Discord Forums Accurately track & report metrics daily which can be analyzed for daily, weekly, and monthly trends.
Assist our community through comments and direct messages, ensuring they feel they have answers regarding any sort of questions they may have with an order they placed.
Continuously stay up to date with social market trends and find new ways to creatively collaborate with our audience.
Engage with our audience on multiple levels during peak times and posting timeframes, not only liking EVERY comment that comes through but also creating high-quality responses that keep us subject matter experts.
Proactively educate consumers through comment outreach through direct or indirect channels that align with our campaign focuses and brand guidelines.
Pro-active community outreach Finding 10 or more posts daily that relate to your division and dropping a comment or engaging with them and their community.
Engage and incentivize potential ambassadors Find and reach out to 5 content creators weekly using all socials, sending them a gear pack to represent our brands.
Work closely with the customer service team and systems to ensure all customers have answers to the unanswered questions they may have.
Utilize organizational skills to tell a story on how the brand is perceived by our audience.

The majority of work is Monday through Friday, with a few hours of weekend work with flexible hours.
