Ralph’s Hardwood Floors is seeking a talented and competitive Sales Support Associate who will play a fundamental role in ensuring all customers experience the unique “Ralph’s difference.

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of our growing team as your activities are the connectors of our entire customer experience.
You will follow customers from their first interaction with Ralph’s through execution of their project to post-job follow up.
*Sales Support Responsibilities*
* You will qualify sales leads in our beautiful showroom and over the phone.
* Set, confirm appointments, and manage prospect information in our systems.
* Ensure prospective projects are managed through the sales process by following up with salespeople, contractors, and customers.
* Be a primary source of information about proposed projects and able to effectively brief management on their status, making sure no lead gets left behind.
* Ensure all documentation is complete for hardwood floor projects including quotes, options, and contracts.
Review pricing, transcribe handwritten quotes and drive quality control (check math).
* Send quotes to customers, manage deposits, and verify information from sales appointments.
* Ensure project profitability targets are met.
You know a great quote means more than just the price.
* You know details matter and love it that we do too.
* You will maintain post-job services, following up with customers when projects are complete, communicate customer feedback to the appropriate people, follow up on outstanding accounts and preparing referral letters.
*Sales Support Qualifications*
* 2+ years of sales support experience (salary will be based on experience)
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Team development and leadership skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficient computer skills
