*Role Overview* As the Membership Sales Manager, you will lead our membership sales department, driving revenue growth and fostering a positive membership culture.
As Membership Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the launch of our new Appleton location.
The Midwest Shooting Center sales managers find success through a steady pipeline of warm prospects, averaging 100-300 leads per week (no cold calling).
We provide an aggressive base salary that provides stability for our sales managers.
This base salary increases as department revenue increases to ensure a win/win situation between the company and the manager.
  Our commission and bonus structure reward both department and location financial performance.
  Our average sales manager has sold $1.
2M over the last 12-months utilizing our proven process yielding over $20,000 in commissions paid.
*Key Responsibilities* * Manage the lead pipeline and set sales appointments daily via personable phone call/text outreach * Tour potential members through the facility as part of the sales process * Manage the membership life cycle from inception, including account attrition and delinquencies * Convert prospects to members and manage membership accounts * Maintain a positive membership culture and establish cross-marketing opportunities * Scheduling prospect appointments and managing the sales process *Qualifications* * High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree a plus) * Minimum of 2 years of successful sales management experience * Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills * Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills * Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail * Computer competencies and an entrepreneurial spirit * Embodiment of Midwest Shooting Center's core values: Adaptability, Ownership, and Teamwork * This position requires that you are not disqualified from purchasing or possessing firearms under federal law *Benefits and Compensation* * Competitive base salary ($50,000-$70,000 per year) with commission pay included * Annual bonus opportunity based on achieving location forecast * Free membership, range time, and semi-private training * Discounts on retail products and dealer discounts * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision available * Weekly and monthly employee incentive programs * Employee development program * Fast-paced growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Midwest Shooting Center™ (https://www.
