*Sales and Marketing Manager*
Must have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing!
*Job responsibilities include:*
* Generate leads for sales department.
* Hire, train, and develop marketing department.
* Reserve, organize, and work lead generating events.
* Assist office manager, ultimately obtaining the ability to perform their duties and fill in for their position if necessary.
* Other duties as needed.
*Must-have:*
* 2 years sales and marketing experience.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Proven skills in outside sales, telemarketing, trade shows, and canvassing.
* Energetic, self-motivated, results driven.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to work days including some evenings and weekends.
* Ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely.
*Nice-to-have:*
* Skilled in production of marketing materials, including advertisements, print & digital ads, website, social media, SEO, branding, managing online reputation, etc.
to ensure all elements are current and consistent.
* Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
