Position: Customer Service Representative
About the role:
As a central part of the Sales Team, the Customer Service Representative will ensure customer needs are addressed while exercising the highest level of service and quality.
While working cross-functionally, this person is responsible for handling customer service, support, and marketing needs.
The Customer Service Representative will work closely with our outside Sales force to maximize sales utilizing sales analysis and customer feedback.

Now is the time to be a part of something big! What you will be doing: Service all customer needs and requests as required including, but not limited to product support, product uses, performance, quality, and order status.
Manage all assigned accounts, objectives and goals via report analysis and report monthly to management on variances from trend.
Ensure accurate documentation, maintenance and provide easy accessibility to all Customer Information and Customer Profiles including, but not limited to: Discount, contact, planograms, shipping instructions, items not yet purchased and any special agreements.
Suggestive sell to defined House Account Customers to ensure they are made aware of all product lines.
Proactively send samples of new items, programs, etc relative to their business.
Have a thorough understanding of the business and the market and take initiative to self-educate as required.
What you need: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience performing administrative marketing functions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills to varied audiences, and stakeholder groups Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor Must be thorough with a strong sense of attention to detail and the ability to follow through Desire to learn, seek new challenges and to take on additional responsibilities Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to implement solutions quickly Capable of multi-tasking and working on several projects at one time Must work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines Proven ability to build internal relationships and interact with all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Must be resourceful and initiative-taking Self-motivated, driven individual with collaborative communication style The determination to work harder than anyone you know What we offer: Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefit package including quality health insurance Traditional 401k plan and company match Paid time off including paid holidays A chance to learn with and from interesting and enthusiastic colleagues Collaborative workplace, which will challenge you and celebrate your work Where you'll be: 557 Marcella Street, Kimberly, WI 54136 The candidate will be required to work onsite.
