Due to our tremendous growth, BE'S Refreshments, NE Wisconsin's premier refreshments company, is seeking a Vending Route Driver to join our team! This exciting position will start as a Route Trainee/Float, learning all aspects of the vending machine and micro-market world.
Salaries start at $41,000 per year with the opportunity to make much more on our commission-based pay structure once trained!
Must be willing and able to start between 2am-5am, and work Monday-Friday.
Be home every night, and NO WEEKENDS!
*Job Duties:*
* Work on designated routes with various Route Managers and Supervisors to learn all aspects of our company and the refreshments business
* Daily merchandising including restocking and removing product based on expiration dates
* Organize all product with care, ensuring the highest level of quality aesthetic appeal
* Drive existing sales by anticipating and understanding customer ordering and consumption patterns
* Establish and build customer relationships and rapport by providing exceptional customer service and communication at all times
* Remove and replenish cash/change from equipment and issue refunds as needed
* All other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* Prior route or merchandising experience highly preferred but not required
* Valid driver license with an excellent driving record
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Physical Requirements:*
* Must be able to lift, load, push and pull anywhere from 20-50 pounds repeatedly
* Must be able to walk, stand, climb, bend, twist and squat repeatedly throughout the shift
* Must be comfortable with variation of temperatures - in and out warm/cool or hot/cold vehicles and company facilities
