EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Experience or currently going to school for sales, marketing, or customer service is desirable, but not required.
Proficient keyboard typing skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other popular computer software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This opportunity requires to become property & casualty insurance licensed in the state of Wisconsin and an authorized team member with State Farm.
Assist in initiating contact and gathering information with a prospect or customer for the purpose of setting appointments or transferring to a licensed and authorized team member.
Development and execution of marketing plan which includes Community events; social media; Building relationships and opportunities with local businesses, non-for-profit organizations, and centers of influence; and increasing customer loyalty and retention.
Manage information for new and prospective customers within Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
Measure and track your daily activity against weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Other marketing or customer care duties as directed by the agent.
WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible schedule that can fit around your schedule.
Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
COMPENSATION
Solid hourly pay + Incentive Pay
