In this role, you will have the opportunity to support Connected products for Refuse collection trucks, serve as a SME for Refuse trucks and provide training to internal and external customers.
YOUR IMPACT: Product Monitoring, investigation, and escalation (40%) Monitor and report product failure, performance and identify corrective action to ensure high product availability and reliability.
Tier II support for product issues - investigate issues, provide severity level and clear bug documentation to Product Owner, per Bug Report template.
Subject Matter Expert for Refuse collection trucks (20%) Serve as SME for Refuse collection trucks, ensure this knowledge is mainstreamed into the team and create troubleshooting trees / predictive algorithms to improve equipment performance and safety.
Customer/Dealer/ Aftermarket/Manufacturing Training & Usage analytics (40%) Develop training programs and conduct on-site/virtual trainings for Customer/Dealer/ Aftermarket/manufacturing.
Measure product performance to SLI/SLO/SLA and provide actionable insights to Product Manager and Product Owner.
Provide continuous feedback to Product Manager regarding enhancement requests from internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Design, Aftermarket).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent.
3 or more years of experience with automotive or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
Ability to travel to dealer/customer locations at least 30% of the time.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: 3 or more years of experience and advanced technical knowledge of Refuse collection industry.
Demonstrate solid verbal, written and presentation skills and analytical skills.
Experience working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile environment.
Ability to thrive in a startup like culture, excels in ambiguous situations, and embraces technical challenges.
