Salesman

* Sell Projects * Oversee his own jobs and complete in timely manner * Do any reports that are asked for or required * Hand in info on sales with breakdown sheets and % Sold * Bid their own projects * Get prices and schedule any Sub Contractors needed * Do change orders as they occur * Attend any scheduled meetings * Work any trade shows as required * Help customer obtain necessary permits and call diggers hotline if required * Call in any inspections on Building * Make sure all repairs or issues are addressed in a timely manner on Jobs * Handle any problems that may occur with crew and job sites Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
