As our Operations Manager, your mission will be to oversee our firm's heartbeat, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing accounting processes and managing our QuickBooks system.
* Developing and executing marketing strategies.
* Planning and managing our firm's events to enhance our brand and client engagement.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
* Managing, motivating, and developing two direct reports, with the prospect of growing your team as we expand.
*[REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS]*
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of operations experience, preferably within a wealth management, retirement planning, investment, or insurance firm.
* Proven experience with QuickBooks and other relevant accounting systems.
* Strong familiarity with compliance requirements in our industry.
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams.
