In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision, we are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Appleton, WI and the surrounding area.
The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the respectively assigned geography.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores in assigned geography.
Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, as well as, insuring freshness on all products in all assigned stores.
Being able to utilize our data to develop fact-based presentations for our customers and follow our call process.
Also, handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials.

Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan
Planning skills demonstrate the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results
Microsoft Office and business math skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.
Experience: Requires some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.
Additional Information:
The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
Upon hire, if it is deemed that you are ineligible for a corporate credit card you will be responsible to pay for travel costs incurred to meet the job obligations.
However, you will have the ability to submit weekly expense reports to ensure timely reimbursements

The starting salary range for this position is between $54,700 - $76,500.
This position is eligible to receive an annual incentive based on regional performance.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
Starting pay will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
These factors could result in a starting pay that is higher than the salary range listed.
