The Role: With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing, leading, and aligning the marketing strategy with our business goals and vision.
This position will drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads to increase our opportunities for building revenue.
They will oversee all marketing operations for the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing: •Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of the company.
•Develops competitive positioning, branding, and corporate messaging strategies, while increasing brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan.
•Designs and executes programs that create demand for organizational services across all business units and generate leads for the Sales and Recruitment Teams.
•Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies through different means such as digital or database marketing.
•Build, manage, and coach internal marketing team(s), forecast hiring needs for the Marketing Department, and set both long term and short-term goals.
•Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the departments operating budget.
Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
•Monitor and maintain knowledge of competitors in the industry.
Evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter strategies, enhancing our employee and customer experience.
•Provide guidance and support to organize effective marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
•Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization •Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth •Sets campaign performance standards and tracks progress against expectations and conducts ROI analysis.
•Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.
•Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
What We Look For: •10 years of experience in Marketing •Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field preferred •Proven work in a senior role such as Marketing Director٫ VP of Marketing٫ or similar.
Great Things to Have: •Excellent leadership٫ communication٫ analytical٫ and project management skills •Critical thinker and problem-solving skills •Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns •Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques •Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions and drive strategic direction.
