Summary: The Social Media and Brand Intern is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the social media and branding efforts of Focus and its owners.
This role involves assisting with the development and implementation of social media strategies, creating content, analyzing metrics, and engaging with followers to enhance the company's online presence.
This role also includes assisting the Brand Manager with renovations to the office, the design of apartments, and more! The ideal candidate has a balance of a good eye for aesthetics and design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to edit and refine content.
Who you are: Creative, flexible, and willing to learn Knowledgeable of all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and Linkedin Experience with editing short-form and long-form videos What you are great at: (responsibilities) Manage social media accounts and engage with followers on various platforms Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content for social media channels Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and scheduling of content Monitor social media trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and performance Assist with the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and promotions Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for brand growth Assist Brand Manager with office design renovations and ordering What you have Achieved: (requirements) Strong eye for aesthetics and design, with the ability to create visually appealing content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation tools preferred Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Creative thinker and problem solver 1-2 years of experience in social media management, brand management, or related field preferred Who you will work with: A motivated top-level Leadership team A CEO/Founder that is an experienced and strategic entrepreneur 70+ high energy, positive, incredible team members What you are motivated by: A fast paced work environment.
