Sales support, contributing to strengthening our level of customer service in various capacities throughout buying, processing, and delivering MBW truck bodies.
Work directly with sales, production, and Marion drivers to dispatch in process and completed units.
Must be an effective communicator and work well with team environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work with production, sales, chassis specialist, and MBW Drivers to dispatch in process and completed units to various destinations including paperwork preparation and reconciliation.
Dispatch to third party drive away company partners (Norton Transport) and nurture those relationships to expand opportunities for MBW.
Dispatch parts between Marion and Shawano locations as well as with rush order parts and processes.
Maintain company-wide cert tag process and timely delivery based on production completion schedule.
Manage the customer supplied item process including customer communications and internal requisitions.
Assist Human Resources (and Norton Transport) with driver onboarding process.
Up front process alignment and improvement-work with all departments to develop and improve the entire process of building a unit from sales to completion.
Maintain regular attendance so that customer questions and orders are processed timely.

SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Become actively involved in the Company’s sales orientation and sales training programs.
Act as a resource to the inside and outside sales teams to chassi and truck location/status.
Complete Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSO) at time of body completion for specified customer base
Take photos of in process and finished product as needed for marketing and customer use.
Assist inside sales with administrative tasks that add customer service value including updating customer specific spreadsheets, portals, and supplied items.
Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge of customer service and selling, maintenance and building relationships with customers is critical to success in this position.
Ability to professionally communicate with Scheduling, Production, Engineering and Vendors.
Knowledge of Marion’s build process.
Ability to work without supervision.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Prefer Technical Degrees or Equivalent experience
High school diploma.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above-mentioned tasks
