Seasonal Manager

Fondy Sports and Aqua Parks are seeking a Seasonal Manager for the 2024 season.
Our Sports Park is open from April-October, and our Aqua Park is open from May-August.
*Responsibilities:* * Inspect and maintain rides and attractions * Open/Close daily operations and facilities * Daily customer service * Manage daily employee assignments * Oversee Facility Maintenance * Ensure rules and regulations are followed ​*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in managing operations or other related fields * Strong customer service capabilities * Problem solving and critical thinking skills * Strong leadership qualities and employee relations skills * Social Media/marketing skills are a plus, as are mechanical skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
00 - $22.
00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience level: * Under 1 year Shift: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Weekly day range: * Every weekend * Monday to Friday * Rotating weekends * Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: * Fond du Lac, WI 54937: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
