Role: PPE Brand Leader, NA – KleenGuard ™ and Kimtech™
Location: Roswell – North America
PURPOSE:
To provide leadership and guidance in the development and execution of the KCP PPE brands strategy for growth.
The role will work closely with product category, customer, and channel marketing teams to ensure that the brand is consistently communicated across all channels.
The role will play a critical role in leading the brand development to deliver faster profitable growth for our KleenGuard™ and Kimtech™ brands in North America with a vision to double share to towards Elevate 2030 with margins of ~40% RESPONSIBILITIES: The major responsibilities of this position are: Leads and develops the brand vision and strategy working closely with the global teams across all PPE categories of gloves, apparels, respirators, and eyewear.
Building and execution of these strategy working closely with NA cross functional teams Working closely with Customer / Segment Marketing teams to execute consistent brand experience for customers such as marketing for specific customer segments, brand assets, partner in persona and customer journey maps, development of content and messaging that resonates with each segment.
Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences driving brand innovation.
Support brand campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
Counsel business leadership to ensure innovation and growth strategies are aligned with the Global KCP brand and growth strategy.
Embed long-term strategic thinking into on-going business processes.
Builds capability / competency within the organization around brand category management strategies and tactics / execution.
Build PPE marketing fundamentals – including partnering for differentiated and winning portfolio for target segments.
Drive consistency in processes and practices for all brands across the PPE category.
The candidate for this position must have a good understanding of: B2B businesses (PPE category or highly regulated category preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing and business strategy.
Business / commercial acumen – understanding of market dynamics, customer and segment knowledge and P&L management.
In this role, the candidate will need strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive change: Skilled in working in a global matrix organization, motivating, and managing change and collaborating across functions.
Building internal and external alliances.
Understanding how to best capture the Voice of the Customer using observational, ethnographic, and traditional market research methods.
QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Economics, or Strategy with equivalent experience.
Graduate Degree (MBA) Highly preferred 7+ years business leadership and knowledge of PPE market, with a demonstrated track record in the following skill areas: digital, technology, marketing automation, data analytics, customer relationship management platforms, marketing, strategy, omni-channel, and demand generation.
Resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities Brand and/or category development Building & sustaining complex stakeholder relationships across all functions and through all levels in an organization to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution of marketing and business plans.
Driver of transformational change and new product development / launch Strong skills and experience with Relentless focus on driving impact, while building a network with internal stakeholders through a collaborative working style Bringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from data and information Overall project management experience – ability to deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience.
Engaging and collaborative approach; enjoys working in a team environment.
Ability to manage and influence without authority various stakeholders / customers.
