Requisition #: 19076 Functional Area: Business Analysis; Field Sales; Inside Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Work Options: Remote / Work from Home in the US #LI-Remote Work Hours: Standard Business Hours Position Summary The Business Analyst II - Sales role will work to support our Sales function, which is a critical part of our workforce and comprised of over 500 associates.
In this role, you will be an advocate for Sales and partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze, implement and continuously improve both sales process automation and business operations through the effective utilization of technology.
As a Business Analyst embedded in the business unit, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the core business objectives, help to evaluate processes, and recommend/implement solutions that support and enhance productivity.

Keller has a strong technology platform in place, utilizing On-premise and Cloud solutions in SAP.
This position's focus will primarily be on the SAP Customer Experience Solution within S/4HANA.
We continue to invest in technology and also have a strong corporate-wide Business Process Improvement program, including a specific focus on automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities Identifies, analyzes and facilitates the implementation of new and enhanced technology to support J.
J.
Keller's sales teams: Work with Sales Platform Directors and various business units to define business needs, project requirements, system specifications, and deliverables.
Work with Marketing Business Analysts to achieve cohesive support for the sales organization.
Coordinates activities and maintains on-going communication with Sales Management, Sales Training & Enablement, technology team, end users, and other stakeholders.
Coordinates decisions based on business requirements, system functionality, and best business practices.
Participates in system configuration, data conversion, and testing processes.
Troubleshoots system errors and performance problems so that business needs are met on a timely basis.
Serves as 2nd level support for users.
Analyzes trends and develops recommendations to resolve recurring issues.
Prepares and updates documentation to include functional specifications, testing procedures, end user documentation, technical standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.
Create and maintain reports and analytics to support the business unit.
Prepare and conduct end-user training as needed to support new implementations.
Facilitates timely and thorough system testing for new system implementations and system updates/upgrades.
Understands sales and customer master data in order to maintain data protection and privacy.
Leads project management and change management activities for medium to large scope projects, either independently or in partnership with other project leaders.
Qualifications Experience: 5+ years' experience working with software applications related to sales and sales process automation and an understaning of sales processes.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst with: SAP and Sales Automation Software such as: ECC, C4C, SalesForce, or other Enterprise CRM Software required.
Prior experience gathering requirements, translating to technical resources for development and writing test scripts.
Project leadership experience.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field In lieu of the Bachelor's degree, will consider equivalent years of directly related experience.
Lean, CBAP or PMP certification a plus Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
System implementation and configuration experience a plus.
Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, Crystal, Business Objects a plus.
Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.
Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.

The compensation range for this role is $76,260.
00 to $95,320.
00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
