The Luxury Trusted Advisor (LTA) role demands a seasoned professional who excels in delivering an elevated service experience to high-net-worth clientele.

Luxsurance VIP White-Glove Concierge Service:
Provide a distinguished white-glove concierge service exclusively tailored for Luxsurance Elite VIP clients within the Luxsurance Retailers network.
Serve as the vital liaison between JM underwriting and our esteemed VIP clientele.
Facilitate the seamless download and utilization of the Luxsurance Digital Vault for VIP clients, ensuring a secure and accessible repository for their valuable assets.
Conduct diligent follow-ups with Retailers to track the completion or decline of policies.
Proactively monitor and update policies for additional jewelry pieces, securing future additions to the coverage.
Establish and maintain the Luxsurance Elite Insurance book, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaborate closely with Retailers and Luxsurance Business Manager to optimize service delivery.
Retail Sales Relations:
Cultivate and nurture robust relationships between Luxsurance Elite and Luxsurance Retail stores, fostering a strong partnership.
Coordinate customer service initiatives in collaboration with Luxsurance Retailer Trusted Advisors (RTAs) and designated contacts.
Act as the primary contact for store Trusted Advisors, specializing in catering to the needs of High-Net-Worth clients.
Spearhead the management of the Luxsurance Elite Marketing scorecard for Retailers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Undertake additional specific responsibilities as required, adapting to project scope variations.
Retail Store Onboarding:
Provide comprehensive training for Retail Trusted Advisors (RTAs) on the Luxsurance Elite program, ensuring a thorough understanding of its nuances.
Oversee the digital onboarding process for Retail Trusted Advisors (RTAs) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, streamlining operational efficiency.
Lead the Luxsurance Elite Launch Onboarding for Retailer contacts, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.
Serve as the key point of contact for customer service-related matters involving Retailer personnel.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.
A.
) degree in business, finance, insurance or related field is strongly desired but not required.
3-5 years of industry experience preferred; comparable experience would be considered.
7+ broad customer service and retail experience
Managing a sales portfolio of $2M - $5M minimum
Fluency in more than one language is considered an advantageous asset for this role.
Demonstrate proficiency in embracing and acclimating to evolving technological advancements.
Jewelry industry experience is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must hold an active Property/casualty insurance license in all 50 states or be willing to obtain one.
