Account Manager - Oshkosh, WI

CleanPower, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee one of our premier clients in Oshkosh, WI.
Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location.

Salary: $55K plus a $400 Monthly Car Allowance! Job duties include: Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities Direct supervision of the cleaning staff Initial and ongoing training of staff Ordering supplies Managing labor and supply budgets Conducting quality control inspections Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts We offer a full benefits package including: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following: Min 2 years of management experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Janitorial or other service related background Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record EEO/AA Employer
