Motorcoach sales & customer service

The Motorcoach Sales and Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting motorcoach sales by assisting with servicing existing accounts, establishing new accounts, plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
This person/s must be experienced, highly organized and self-motivated.
Further responsibilities booking tours for groups, dataentry and record keeping are very critical components of this position.

Maintain a good working knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues affecting the motorcoach industry.
(Pricing, pay scales, rules and regulations, etc.
) Take the lead on incoming motorcoach inquiries via phone calls and online quote requests.
Use the revenue management process for pricing and quoting motorcoach charters.
Work with clients to gather and verify motorcoach charter information prior to the trip leave date.
Follow up with clients for feedback and additional sales after the tripreturn.
PAIDtraining to learn how to drive a commercial motorvehicle.
Work in conjunction with company coach personnel to achieve positiveresults.
Additionaleducationor equivalent experience 1-2 years customer service/sales experience, demonstrating good public relations skills.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office operating systems.
